Shipping & Delivery Policy

How shipping details are established before an order is finalized.

LENEAMI INC · UNITED STATES · INFORMATIONAL STORE POLICIES

1. Where we deliver

Shipping eligibility and options must be confirmed for the specific customer address, item and order. A delivery address in the United States does not by itself guarantee service to every ZIP Code, territory or destination.

2. Processing and delivery estimates

The site currently offers an order-request process and does not collect payment. A customer request does not confirm inventory or start a guaranteed dispatch window. We will provide applicable shipping method, fulfillment timing and estimated delivery information before a paid order is accepted. Please do not interpret website imagery as proof of available physical stock.

3. Shipping charges and taxes

The catalog subtotal excludes shipping and sales tax. Any applicable delivery charges and estimated taxes must be communicated and accepted before the customer is charged. Costs can depend on destination, package dimensions, carrier and order contents.

4. Shipment updates and delays

Once a paid order is accepted and dispatched, tracking may be supplied if the selected shipping method supports tracking. If shipment cannot occur within a promised timeframe, we will follow applicable law regarding notice, customer consent for delay, cancellation and refunds. Under the US FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if no shipment time is stated, a merchant generally must have a reasonable basis to ship within 30 days.

5. Packaging, damage and address errors

Please verify the delivery address before any order is finalized. If a parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or appears lost, contact us with the relevant order details and any useful photographs. Resolution depends on the circumstances, carrier findings, applicable laws and the seller's actual shipment records.

6. Contact

Questions about delivery options may be submitted through the website's Contact page before making a purchase.

7. Delivery destinations and service availability

LENEAMI operates a U.S.-oriented storefront. Specific shipping destinations, carriers and service levels must be confirmed with the merchant before payment. A listed business address is not, by itself, a parcel dispatch location or a public collection point.

8. Shipping estimate versus dispatch commitment

No exact transit or dispatch deadline is advertised in this policy because none has been supplied as a verified operational fact. When a paid purchase is offered, the customer must receive a genuine basis for the promised shipment period and appropriate cost disclosures.

9. Federal shipping deadline rules

Under the U.S. FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, a seller must have a reasonable basis to expect shipment within any time stated, or generally within 30 days where none is specified. The rule governs paid orders, not a standalone unpaid inquiry.

10. When shipment cannot occur on time

If a seller cannot meet an applicable shipping deadline for a covered transaction, it must give the buyer the required opportunity to consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. Conditions for first and later delay notices depend on the rule. The merchant must not silently substitute indefinite shipment dates.

11. Shipping charges and tax disclosure

The code-defined cart shows a merchandise subtotal; it cannot calculate actual shipping rates or sales tax without configured fulfillment and tax information. All mandatory shipping and handling charges must be communicated before any payable transaction is accepted.

12. Packaging and bulky equipment

Camera kits, fragile optics, lighting stands and studio backdrop supports may have different packing and transport needs. Requests that include multiple categories should be checked for shipping dimensions, packaging requirements and possible separated parcels.

13. Delivery confirmation and tracking

If tracking is offered for a paid order, the merchant should supply the genuine tracking reference when it becomes available. Do not rely on a sample tracking number or estimated delivery date presented only as a website mockup.

14. Incorrect address and recipient issues

Customers should verify address details in the request. Before shipping, use the contact form or shipping@leneami.com to ask for a correction. Whether a correction can be made depends on the actual order stage and delivery service.

15. Damage, shortage or missing package

Contact shipping@leneami.com and provide the order reference, description of the problem, photographs if available and relevant carrier information. We will review the report with the actual fulfillment and delivery records. Legal remedies are not eliminated by a delayed report.

16. International shipping and customs

International shipping is not represented as available unless confirmed for the destination. If a cross-border order is agreed, applicable import charges, customs documentation and restricted equipment requirements must be disclosed as required.

17. Request to cancel before shipment

An unpaid request can be withdrawn by contacting LENEAMI. For a finalized transaction, cancellation, refunds and delays follow the actual accepted terms and applicable law, including required federal shipping remedies.
