Cancellation Policy

How to ask to cancel an order request or an accepted purchase.

LENEAMI INC · UNITED STATES · INFORMATIONAL STORE POLICIES

1. Unpaid requests

A shopping cart or submitted order request does not constitute a paid or accepted order. If you no longer wish to proceed, notify us through the Contact page and identify the request so it can be closed.

2. Accepted paid purchases

If a purchase is later finalized through an approved payment arrangement, please contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Whether cancellation can be completed depends on whether the item was already processed, packed or dispatched and on any conditions expressly disclosed and accepted before payment.

3. Dispatch, delivery and returns

If merchandise has already shipped, the request may need to be handled under the Return & Refund Policy instead. Applicable consumer rights and the legal rules governing unshipped orders continue to apply.

4. Delays and unavailable items

If the seller cannot fulfill a paid order under the delivery terms communicated at sale, it must apply legally required notices, consent rules and refund procedures. Customers will not be required to accept a replacement or an undisclosed price difference.

5. How to contact us

Provide the name and email used, relevant item names and a brief explanation via our Contact page. Never include card numbers or security codes.

6. Cancelling a cart selection

Removing an item from the browser cart deletes it from the displayed equipment list and local storage. It does not cancel a separate request that was already submitted.

7. How to withdraw an unpaid request

Contact orders@leneami.com with the name, email and items from the request and state that you wish to close it. Because no card payment is collected by the request page, there is no transaction to reverse at that stage.

8. Cancelling before seller acceptance

A request remains subject to seller review of inventory, final total, shipping terms and secure payment arrangements. A finalized sale requires separate agreement; a request submitted on the site is not an automatic reservation.

9. Cancelling paid orders

For a separately finalized order, promptly contact the merchant before dispatch. Whether the transaction may be cancelled voluntarily depends on the disclosed terms and fulfillment stage, without affecting statutory cancellation or refund rights.

10. Changing quantities or products

Before paying, request any change to products, quantities or delivery information. The revised merchandise subtotal and additional charges must be clear before agreement to the revised purchase.

11. Orders already handed to a carrier

If a paid order has been sent for delivery, the merchant may need to assess return eligibility rather than prevent shipment. Shipping and return costs, where applicable, must be those disclosed and legally permissible.

12. Supplier problems and unavailable inventory

If a product is unavailable, the merchant should give a clear explanation and not charge for replacement goods without agreement. Required remedies for a paid unfulfilled order remain available.

13. Statutory shipment cancellations

U.S. FTC internet order shipping rules can require a seller to seek consent to a shipment delay or provide an appropriate cancellation and prompt refund when shipping commitments cannot be met.

14. Refund confirmation

Where funds were actually collected, customers should receive information about how an approved cancellation refund will be handled by the actual payment provider. The order-request form itself cannot confirm a payment refund.

15. Record of request

Keep any correspondence and relevant order reference. Contact orders@leneami.com if you need written clarification about whether a request was withdrawn or a paid order was cancelled.
